Escape launches Master Trainer programme

In a first of its kind event, Escape Fitness has launched its worldwide Master Trainer programme.

The weeklong training, held at its Cambridgeshire headquarters, included 16 trainers from throughout Europe who applied for the much-coveted course places. They were challenged, both physically and mentally, to push their limits to make the grade of Escape Master Trainer. And, Escape is actively seeking to expand this team to be part of their explosive brand growth – creating an elite team of trainers who have a deep connection with their brand and its foundations and can deliver first-class training on Escape’s product line and the “Why?” behind each one. Participants are selected based on their attitude and behaviours as much as their credentials, to be inspirational, motivational, professional and knowledgeable trainers.

“A light bulb moment for me was in functional training. I really thought I understood it, that I was being safe in the way I trained my clients,” said attendee, Master Trainer, Anka. “But, Escape’s view of functional training is completely different and it taught me how to prepare my clients for the movements of life.”

Attendees immersed themselves in Escape’s approach to functional training and how to use the various equipment and tools. Plus, they participated in breakdown sessions on how to run Escape’s proprietary MOVE IT, HIIT THE DECK and BATTLE FIT programming.

“I was surprised by the intensity of the week. It was full-on all the time. And, the entire team is so knowledgeable,” said Master Trainer, Matt Jenkins. “It must be said that BATTLE FIT is a punishing, gruelling workout but it is so good.”

Escape is currently scheduling additional weeklong training events worldwide, slated for the UK, Asia and the US. If you’d like to become a Master Trainer, contact Rachel Young at [email protected].
